Over the years, I have made dozens of attempts to lose weight, albeit not always successful. One of the many reasons I offer for my failure is lack of the right product, be it a jogging accessory, a healthy cooking accessory or even the right song to work out to. You know how it is.
One of the products that I was impressed by when I first saw it online and which I subsequently bought last year was a Green Tea Detox Bottle. I have already clarified in last week's article on how green tea aids not just in weight loss but also healthy living. Research suggests a good 4 to 5 cups a day can really aid in your metabolism. But then, what happens to those who don't have access to resources for brewing those 4 to 5 cups every day?
As I mentioned, I got the Instacuppa Detox Double Walled Glass Bottle Infuser last year.
The key benefits of this product are:
a) I can use it in multiple formats - as a tea infuser, coffee infuser and even for preparing fruit infusion water.
b) There is a double wall borosilicate glass which retains the temperature while also making the product sturdy.
c) In addition to being lead and BPA friendly, the hand carved bamboo lid has a real touch of class. A leak proof silicone lining ensures the liquid remains in and does not lose its temperature as well.
d) There is a nice custom fit neoprene sleeve which reduces the 'sweat' you get on the outside of these bottles when filled with varying temperatures.
Of course, all of this means nothing if the product is cumbersome to use, isn't it? Well, this is my video demonstrating me making tea.
Yes, that is blue tea being made but do you see how simple the process was?
All I have done is add the leaves into the premium grade stainless steel infuser on top, seal it, pour hot water and turn it around once or twice for a few minutes and abracadabra, my tea is ready to serve! All this using just one hand too!
As someone who loves the Instacuppa detox double walled glass bottle infuser after a year of using it, I totally recommend it for tea and coffee lovers as also for those looking to try out fruit infusion waters.

ReplyDeleteI would love to have one at my desk. And I love blue tea. How pretty the bottle will look with blue tea and some lemon :)
ReplyDeleteHOnestly, did you really lose weight with green tea? I find that nothing really works for me. With green tea I increased my acidity. With Apple Cider Vinegar I eroded the enamel on my teeth. With Methi seeds I developed the runs..... so all in all, i believe in less eating and more exercise. Or better still a bout with dengue which made me lose 5 kg in 4 days!
