So many options to choose from! You have made the hunt for dishes so easy.
ReplyDeleteThat’s a superb list! It’s often difficult to figure out what Indian foods work well for keto. But things like keema without roti or normal rice, that’s just a bit sad! :-(
ReplyDeleteThe jury is still out on the keto diet, isn't it? In terms of longitudinal research, we still really don't know the effects. Javing said that, I'll have paneer any day! :D
ReplyDeleteSuch an exhaustive list! Are you on the diet? I'm a little wary of it.
ReplyDeleteI'm researching the keto diet like crazy, so thank you for this! I've been wanting to try this out for a while and I'm reading up a lot on it. So far, it sounds good. Will give it a shot truly.
ReplyDeleteHat off to you for your efforts you put in preparing this long list.
ReplyDeleteNice collection with so many options to choose from.
ReplyDeleteHow a diet can come with so many food options? It's not a diet plan. It's a party plan. I am a big time foody and cannot give up on tasty food. I think Keto diet is the only diet plan that will come as a help for me.
