One entrance exam down...3 to go. And if the ALL-India exam is any indication, I'm gonna need A LOT of magic talismans, lucky pens and other charms to get through. Boy!!! Just when you think you can bluff ANY question in the world, they come up with a dozen googlies a page to show you up!! I wonder how many i actually new in those 300 questions.. i think 20-25 sounds accurate.
Anyway, the main positives out of going to BAngalore for the entrance exam BESIDES ROAMING FORUM and hogging KFC was in adding to my ever-Nlarging DVD collection of TV serials. Currently that includes :-
1.F.R.I.E.N.D.S. : SEASONS 1- 10,
2.MIND YOUR LANGUAGE,
3.WILL & GRACE : 1ST SEASON
4.M*A*S*H* : SEASON 1
5.CSI : SEASON 5,
6.CSI : MIAMI : SEASONS 1-3
7.CSI : NY :SEASON 1
However my happiness has AGAIN been nipped in the Bud as most of my CSI: MIAMI collection refuse to play in the Samsung player at home... well, i guess I'll have a chance soon to see if the PHILIPS DVD player lives up to its bargain..."PLAYS ANYTHING!!!" So far it has..Let's see you face your toughest challenge yet, Philly Boy.
Now back to Studies again and one more shot at that funny thing called entrance exams where they Print pages and pages of stuff to find out how much YOU DON'T KNOW!!!
We REALLy need a new system!!! Less nerdy blokes ( like me ) deserve a chance at fame and glory ( and higher salary ) too, you know!!!!
I mean, I could be a NEUROSURGEON TOO, you know....Bush COULD win the Nobel Peace Prize too, you know.. Shiv Sena COULD turn into a Peace loving society, you know..
You never Know.

For me, bringing a smile on a person’s face and making them forget their own worries is the ultimate reward at the end of the day. Professionally, I achieve this by donning a mask every day and working as an anaesthesiologist to relieve physical pain and suffering. On a personal level, I do the same with my words, replacing the mask of an anaesthesiologist with that of a whimsical writer.
My name is Dr Roshan Radhakrishnan and welcome to my Godyears.

I remember a similar post that I wrote after taking the IIT JEE exam some six years ago! I went through the same pain of trying to figure out the forever green question - why?!
